Ntsikitsana Minerals was founded in 2021 with a single powerful belief: that mining can be a force for good. Headquartered in Mokhotlong, one of Lesotho's most remote and resource-rich districts, we set out to build a diamond mining and exploration company that would change the narrative around African mining.
From day one, we committed to responsible exploration and production — operating transparently, legally and with the full support of local communities, the Lesotho government and international partners.
Today, Ntsikitsana Minerals is preparing to transform the Mokhotlong economy by creating approximately 300 new jobs, stimulating local procurement and delivering quality raw diamonds to buyers worldwide.
